Research Advisory Committee
The DSIC research programme is guided by a Research Advisory Committee (RAC). The RAC has the role of advising the Advisory Board on:
- overall strategic directions for DSIC research
- specific research activities across the Research Themes of the DSIC
- the technical, commercial and strategic merits of project proposals.
The Chair of the RAC is also a member of the Advisory Board.
Current members of the RAC include:
- Dr Warren Harch (Chair), Deputy Chief Defence Scientist, Defence Science and Technology Organisation
- Dr Stephen Cook, University of South Australia
- Dr Bruce Northcote, University of Adelaide
- Prof Michael Frater, UNSW – ADFA
- Assoc Prof Andrew Clark, Queensland University of Technology
- Mr Jack Mahoney, Lockheed Martin Australia Electronic Systems.
